Deleting Negatives

Sometimes in life we become intwined with something or someone that we know is a negative influence but we hope for change. Then one day you wake up and realize that what you thought was there never really was so you throw out the garbage. I used to think that everyone had good in them but now I realize that there are some people that are just bad and they are toxic to be around.

Geez

I had such pain that I didn't want to go to work today, but remembered it was QAI day and clinic visits. Did go to chiropractor today and had a massage. Muscles in neck and trap muscles are so tight that causing pain and poor alignment. Entire massage was spent with therapist trying to get muscles in upper back and neck to release.

Let me make it completely through one day

I did good until this evening and then I ate extras. Stomach was upset. I ate some crackers and bread also. I ate too much of each. Way too much... Damn it. Of course I did not measure it. Probably a denial of it. I bought a couple of full length mirrors to see where I am and check form when exercising.

Today is Mom and Dad's 60th Anniversary

Happy Anniversary! Unless I get married immediately and live to be 107 then I can never be married at long as mom and dad. God Bless them!!!

I need to get myself healthy so my elderly parents don't have to wory about me too.

The Crap weekend

Don't know why I still cared for POS guy in my life. I found out he had lied to me and he went off on me like I was the one doing wrong. To make it worse I saw evidence that his habits are leading them down the toilet drain...straight down in a hurry. As mad as I was at him, he was pathetic... what he had become.

Need to have a turn around

I started out the day thinking I would do the Master Cleanse but I did not make it far. My stomach started burning and i was asked to lunch. Tomorrow is another day.

Checking out Ethnic grocery stores

I went to Nashville today to check out ethnic grocery stores. Found an awesome indian foods store, a huge asian and mexican foods store, and a smaller asian foods store. I bought way too much. I have rice noodles to make pancit, several spices, marinades without MSG, some vegetables, and various colors of lentils and beans.
